KF27 X-Wing
An starfighter for my nerdy wife.
Rebellion, Refined.
My wife has always wanted to be a Jedi. So naturally I just had to design her an X-Wing.
The design language is not derived from Star Wars’ original trilogy style, yet the admirable simplicity and aggression of the original design hopefully translates in this concept.
No project that I have worked on has presented quite as many rendering challenges as this one did. Layered materials and millimeter-perfect texture maps were required to achieve the result that I was after.
